Saturday was such an official day. We had to meet the bank officials from the various banks to see which plan best suit us wrt the hse. Mentally draining as we really need to do our calculations to get the best deal. A lot of new experience for me as I learn that the higher the value of the hse, the more they charge you in terms of interest rates and also legal charges. In all the value of the hse is not as what you see on the brouchers as displayed by developer.
After that we went to look at the hse again and again.... finally our hse have been officially given a hse number:
