My days of late have been a sad day.
Feeling emotionally chocked by event that had happened.
Feeling lost over severed ties.
Feeling betrayed over false accusations.
Feelings that would not go away and feelings that would be constantly relived.
As long as ... I dont know when.
This I heard over the radio.
Before sending out an angry email and regretting it later, send it to yourself first. Listen to yourself and see how you sounded when you read it.
But what about words that had been said in anger.
What happens when there are regrets?
How do you take back your words?
